Team Managers

Teams at all ages will be trainer-coached by the Future Pros Trainers.

Midwest FC is accepting applications for Team Managers.  Team Managers will need to complete an application where a list of responsibilities are listed.

All player decisions will be made by the trainers regarding playing time, development, and team dynamics.  Trainers will additionally be selecting the tournaments that teams will participate in during the season.

Please note:  All Team Managers are required to attend the Mandatory Team Manager Meeting which will be determined at a later date.

The following are criteria that will be considered when selecting Team Managers (TM) for teams in Midwest FC travel soccer:

1. Submission of a Team Manager Application and an evaluation of the information and responses contained therein.
2. Compliance with the Lakers TM Selection Procedures.
3. Any parental or GEPD feedback, either direct or from Lakers survey.
4. Input from Future Pros Trainers.
